Therapy
As your therapist, I will listen to you without judgment, support you, and accept you. We don't just talk about what's not working or what's holding you back; we take action, no matter how small, to remedy the issue.

Coaching
While coaching and therapy are frequently confused, coaching is a strength-based approach to techniques and skills that aid in the achievement of weekly goals. Coaching is less structured than a typical therapy session in which a "counselor-client" relationship is established.

Speaking
Speaking engagements are used as platforms to provide additional wellness and awareness. As a session host, panelist, or guest speaker, I provide open dialogue on mental health, wellness, and other relevant topics.
