Payment and Insurance

  • Self-pay options and sliding scale pricing are discussed directly with the client before the initial appointment is scheduled.

Cancellation Policy and Procedures

  • If the client does not cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, the client will incur a missed appointment fee of $50. Communication about canceled or rescheduled appointments must be sent via email at info@impacttherapy.org or call at (678) 658-1117. 
  • If you no-show for your appointment, the client will be charged for the full session.
