  • Payment and Insurance Info

    • Self-pay options/pricing are discussed directly with the client during the initial consultation. Co-payments are sent after insurance is verified by the medical biller. 

  • Cancellation Policy and Procedures

    • If the client does not cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, the client will incur a missed appointment fee of $50. Communication about canceled or rescheduled appointments must be sent via email at TSmith@ImpactTherapy.org or phone call at (678) 658-1117. 

    • If you no-show for your appointment, the client will be charged for the full session. **** Please note that these fees are not covered by insurance and will be billed directly to the client.
